At Aloha Surf Manly, we want you to be completely stoked with your gear, so we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn apparel and unused hardware. If your new board or wetsuit isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you get back in the water with the right equipment.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition with tags attached and that hardware, like fins or leashes, remains in its original packaging.

  Contact Support

  Email our Manly beach team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and drop them off at your local post office using the provided return label.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 business days to your original payment method.
